Crunch Fitness is seeking a contracted Group Fitness Instructor to deliver excellence in Member Experience and Group Fitness operations.

Role Overview

As a Group Fitness Instructor at Crunch Fitness, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional fitness experience for our members. You’ll lead engaging, high-quality group classes tailored to various fitness levels, while building strong relationships and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Your expertise in programming and coaching will ensure members receive safe, effective guidance in alignment with their goals. With your energetic and charismatic leadership, you’ll inspire participants, grow class attendance, and contribute to the positive culture that defines Crunch Fitness.

Experience

• Experience in group fitness training within a small box or boutique gym/studio is preferred.
• 3+ years of group fitness instruction (preferred)

Requirements

• Design and deliver high-quality classes aligned with the scheduled modality
• Tailor modifications to suit the needs of diverse demographics
• Guide members with proper form and safe techniques
• Build strong relationships with current members while attracting new participants to classes
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, offering personalized coaching while managing the overall flow of the class
• Confidently lead and inspire groups with energy and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Fitness (minimum requirement)
• Certificate IV in Fitness or higher qualifications (preferred)
• Additional certifications in areas such as Pilates, yoga, boxing, strength and conditioning, mobility, calisthenics, special populations (e.g., pregnancy), or kettlebell training
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Active Fitness Indemnity Insurance
