Crunch Fitness is currently looking for Club Managers to join and lead their teams on a Full-Time Permanent basis.

About the Role:

• Execute effective sales and marketing plans to drive membership growth.
• Develop and build local community and corporate outreach opportunities.
• Delivery of service standards, driving goal performance, and supporting key offerings including Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group Fitness.
• Manage membership communication and feedback.
• Recruit, up-skill, and motivate a high-performance team to successfully work together to achieve goals and create a winning culture.
• Contribute to the monthly production sales targets with your own provided sales goal.
• Your weekly rostered hours are Monday to Friday: 10 am to 7 pm
